We aggregate and anonymize property operating information including (but not limited to) to property type, action items, square footage, income, and operating expenses, and disclose such information in a non-personally identifiable manner to other users. Service Partners. Some of our services may be provided through contractual arrangements with affiliates, services providers, partners and other third parties (collectively, “Service Partners”). Our Service Partners may use your personal information to operate the Site and to deliver their services. For example, your data may be transferred to a website hosting Service Partner that assists in designing and operating the Site, executing services, or helping us analyze collected data. Service Partners will be required only to use your information for the purpose of carrying out the work as agreed with us and will be required to keep the information confidential. Deleting your account will not guaranty the deletion of all your information. When a user chooses to close an account we will remove your information from our marketing and billing systems. This will ensure that there are not further mailings or billings directed towards the canceled user. However, we will retain and continue use of anonymized aggregated data as provided for in this Policy.

For your convenience and to improve the usage of the Site we may insert links to third parties on this site. Note that this Policy does not apply to such third party websites which are outside our service and beyond our control.
